Who Are We?
Hallelujah Community Church is committed to the proclamation of the Gospel to the lost and to the edification of the Body of Christ through the uncompromising preaching of “the whole counsel of God.”
At Hallelujah Community Church you will find a group of people whose hallmarks are a sincere devotion to Christ, and a genuine brotherly love for one another.
HISTORY
The Church was founded on June 7, 2017, in Lee County, Southwest Florida by Pastor Eunique Castor to serve the people in the community by implementing religious educational programs structured for the social and economic development of all the members.
MISSION
The mission of the Church is to expand the Lord’s kingdom and to help believers to become disciple of Christ by devoting themselves to study the Bible and the apostles' teaching, by worshipping God continuously, and by spreading the word and love of God throughout the whole world.
VISION
As a community church, we envision to:
-
Encourage growth amongst our members as they navigate life from the beginning of their spiritual journey to a state of transformative maturity while offering our members a space to live life in the image of Christ and produce visible spiritual fruit (Galatians 5:22-23).
-
Provide guidance to prepare mature disciples with essential resources that can assist in their ability to reach out to the congregation, the community, and the world at large (Mark 16:15)
-
Produce a church body of committed disciples who love God and others to the utmost degree (Matthew 28:18-20)
-
Equip our members to engage with God and others by cultivating and maintaining exceptional loving relationships (Genesis 1:26, 27; 5:1).
-
Commit to Christian lives of transformation by providing growth opportunities for our members and visitors to answer God’s call exceptionally, lead and/or participate in various weekly small group offerings that encourage individuals to use their God-given gift (s) in the most supportive manner. (Romans 12:2)
STATEMENT OF FAITH
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God (2 Tim. 3:16).
We believe there is one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (1 John 5:6-8; John 4:24).
We believe Jesus Christ is God's son, born of the virgin Mary. He died on the cross, was resurrected, and is to return (Is.7: 14; Mat 1:23; Luke 1:35; John 1:1, 11:25; Acts 1:11; Eph. 1:7; Col. 1:14; 1 Thes. 4:13-17; Rev. 19:11-16).
We believe that all men are by nature sinful and lost and that regeneration through the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for salvation (Rom. 3:23-24).
We believe that hell is a place of eternal punishment where the lost will suffer (2 Thess. 1:9). We believe in the eternal security of the believers (John 10:28-29).
We believe that men are justified on the single ground of faith in the shed blood of Jesus Christ at Calvary (Eph. 1:7).
We believe the church is an organized body of baptized believers practicing the ordinances prescribed by Scripture and actively engaged in fulfilling the Great Commission (Acts 2:41-42, 47; Matt. 28:19-20).
We believe in the full immersive baptism in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit of the believers (Acts 8:38-39; Matt. 28:19).
We believe in the resurrection of life for the believers and the resurrection of damnation for the lost (John 5:28-29).
